These terms govern your use of otprotocol.com and any services provided by OT Protocol ("we," "us"). By using the site or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.
Our services
OT Protocol sets up call answering, missed-call recovery, booking, lead capture, Google Business Profile, and website services for local businesses. The exact scope, deliverables, and price for your project are defined in a separate quote or agreement.
No guarantees
We work hard to help you capture more inquiries, but we do not guarantee any specific results, lead volume, revenue, call volume, or search rankings. Outcomes depend on factors outside our control, including your market, pricing, and how you handle the leads we deliver.
Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate information and timely approvals so we can configure your service.
- Use the service in compliance with all laws that apply to your business, including consent, DNC, and TCPA rules for any outbound calling or texting you direct.
Fees
Pricing is provided in your quote or agreement and typically includes a one-time setup fee plus a monthly fee. Engagements are month-to-month unless otherwise agreed. High call volume may incur additional usage charges.
Intellectual property
The content and branding on this site are owned by OT Protocol and may not be copied without permission.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, OT Protocol is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our site or services. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior month.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
SMS / Text Messaging Terms (added 2026-07-27)
OT Protocol LLC operates a text messaging (SMS) program for individuals who opt in through the consent checkboxes on our website forms. We send two types of messages, and you will only receive the type(s) you specifically checked the box for:
- Account/service messages - appointment reminders, confirmations, and follow-ups about your own inquiry.
- Marketing/promotional messages - offers, updates, and promotions from OT Protocol LLC.
Opt out: Reply STOP to any message at any time to cancel. You'll receive a one-time confirmation that you've been unsubscribed. Reply HELP for help.

Rates and frequency: Message and data rates may apply. Messages are recurring; frequency varies, up to about 4 messages per month per opt-in.
Carrier disclaimer:Carriers, including AT&T, T-Mobile, and Verizon, are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Age restriction: This SMS program is intended for individuals 18 years of age or older. By opting in, you confirm that you are at least 18.

SMS consent and sharing (added 2026-07-27)
Where our forms offer SMS opt-in checkboxes (transactional/account-service and marketing, each optional and off by default), your opt-in consent and phone number are not shared, sold, or rented to any third party or affiliate for their own marketing purposes. We share your phone number only with our SMS delivery providers, acting on our behalf and under our instructions, to send the messages you opted into. See our Privacy Policy for the full detail.
