Housecall Pro Integration

How it works

Qualified leads are created as customers in Housecall Pro through its official Zapier action, which is the standard, supported path. Housecall Pro's Zapier app does not create jobs: automatic job creation requires their MAX plan, which unlocks the API access we build against during onboarding.

Example workflow

An after-hours call about a water heater is qualified and the customer is created in Housecall Pro; on MAX, the job is created on the schedule as well.

Known limitations

Where a direct integration isn't available or permitted, we deliver booked opportunities through a reliable handoff, internal team notifications, a shared calendar, or a structured export, so nothing is lost.
