How it works
Our system supports Google Calendar directly. When an appointment is booked, we create the event on the connected calendar, check busy times to avoid double-booking, and keep the event updated through reschedules and cancellations.
How the connection is made
OAuth connection to the Google account you choose; you can revoke it from your Google security settings at any time.
Example workflow
A homeowner texts at 7pm to move Thursday's estimate. The agent reads busy times on the connected calendar, offers two open slots, moves the event, and texts the confirmation.
