FieldRoutes Integration
Push booked pest and lawn jobs into FieldRoutes through a custom integration we build for you against its REST API during onboarding.
Common in: Pest control & lawn care
How it works
FieldRoutes has no off-the-shelf Zapier app, but it does have a real REST API. During onboarding we build and test a custom connection that creates the customer plus subscription/appointment for each booked job, with outbound Trigger Rules notifying us of changes.
Data we may create
- Customers
- Subscriptions / appointments
Data we may read
- Customer records
- Appointment status
Requirements
- A FieldRoutes account
- API key & token generated for your account
- A compatibility review to confirm the fields and workflow your office uses
Known limitations
- This is a custom build for your account, not a plug-in connector. Webhooks are outbound Trigger Rules only, and a booking spans customer + subscription objects rather than one call.
If a direct integration isn't available
Where a direct integration isn't available or permitted, we deliver booked opportunities through a reliable handoff, internal team notifications, a shared calendar, or a structured export, so nothing is lost.
Integration functionality depends on the software provider's current API, webhook and Zapier capabilities, authentication requirements, permissions, subscription level, and partner-approval requirements. None of these are pre-built connectors: every integration is configured for your account individually, custom-tier integrations are built and tested during onboarding, and we confirm exact capability during a compatibility review before launch.
